Terms and Conditions:

            Terms and Conditions for Free Day Pass Voucher
            Eligibility: The free day pass voucher is available to individuals 18 years and older or those under 18 that are accompanied by an adult who complete the required post, tag and form during the promotion period. Only one voucher is allowed per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
            Redemption: The voucher can only be redeemed for a single-day pass at Soldier Mountain during the 2024 winter season. The pass is valid for use on any open day, subject to availability and weather conditions. No cash value.
            Expiration: The free day pass voucher expires at the end of the 2024 winter season. Any unused vouchers will not be valid for future use.
            Limited Availability: Vouchers are subject to availability, and Soldier Mountain reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers issued. Once the maximum number of vouchers has been distributed, the promotion will end.
            Exclusions: The voucher does not cover additional costs such as equipment rental, lessons, food, or other services offered at Soldier Mountain. The voucher only covers the cost of the day pass itself.
            Misuse: Any attempt to misuse or tamper with the voucher, including but not limited to duplication or unauthorized distribution, will result in the voucher being voided and may result in disqualification from future promotions.
            Changes and Cancellations: Soldier Mountain reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion, voucher terms, or validity at any time without prior notice.
            Acceptance: By redeeming the voucher, the recipient agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the rules and regulations of Soldier Mountain.
            Liability: Soldier Mountain is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the day pass or during any activities at the resort.
            
            Terms and Conditions for Season Pass Giveaway
            Eligibility: The Season Pass Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of Soldier Mountain, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
            Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the designated entry form at the state fair booth or online during the promotion period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
            Prize: The prize consists of one daily drawing for a one (1) Season Pass to Soldier Mountain for the 2024 winter season, valued at $575. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products or services.
            Selection of Winner: One winner will be randomly selected each day of the state fair from all eligible entries received each day during the state fair. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within [number] days, or if they fail to claim the prize within [number] days of notification, an alternative winner will be selected.
            Redemption: The winner must redeem the Season Pass at Soldier Mountain and comply with all applicable rules and regulations of Soldier Mountain. The pass is valid for the entire 2024 winter season and grants access to Soldier Mountain on all open days during the season. No cash value.
            Identification: The winner may be required to present valid identification when claiming the prize to verify their eligibility and identity.
            Use of Prize: The Season Pass is subject to Soldier Mountain’s standard terms of use, including any restrictions on access due to weather, capacity, or operational considerations. The pass is intended for personal use only and cannot be resold or used commercially.
            Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the giveaway, including the use of their name, likeness, and/or voice for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
            Liability: Soldier Mountain is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acceptance or use of the prize. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Soldier Mountain from any liability arising from their participation or the awarding, receipt, or use of the prize.
            Changes and Cancellations: Soldier Mountain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond the control of Soldier Mountain that may impair the integrity of the promotion.
            Disqualification: Soldier Mountain reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions, tampers with the entry process, or engages in any conduct that could jeopardize the fairness and integrity of the giveaway.

            Eligibility: The Grand Prize Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Employees of Soldier Mountain, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to participate.
            Entry: To enter the Grand Prize Giveaway, participants must complete the designated entry form during the state fair, running from 8/16 to 8/25. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
            Grand Prize: The prize consists of two (2) seats for a day of Cat skiing and a one-night stay at the Prairie Inn, valued at $1,276. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other products or services.
            Selection of Winner: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the state fair. The drawing will take place on 8/26/2024, and the winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within [number] days or fails to claim the prize within [number] days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
            Redemption: The Grand Prize must be redeemed by calling Soldier Mountain and booking the seats before December 20, 2024. The winner is responsible for coordinating the details of the Cat skiing experience and the stay at Prairie Inn with Soldier Mountain and Prairie Inn, subject to availability and any blackout dates.
            Identification: The winner may be required to present valid identification when claiming the prize to verify their eligibility and identity.
            Use of Prize: The Grand Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Soldier Mountain and Prairie Inn, including any restrictions due to weather, capacity, or operational considerations. The Cat skiing experience is intended for the winner and one guest, and both participants must meet any safety and fitness requirements set by Soldier Mountain.
